I am a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant. ---------- I am very proud to have been involved with Ripplez for over three years as a non-exec director, providing both financial and commercial insight and support. It is fantastic to be involved with such a socially supportive organisation which makes a difference to the lives and well-being of so many people.” Russell Lipscombe - Non-Executive Director I am an engineer and have been involved with improving business performance for over 20 years and with Ripplez as a Non-Executive Director since 2011. I am immensely proud of everyone within the business and the huge impact that they make on the lives of our clients. The organisation has developed so much over the time that I have been with it, changing to meet the different needs of the community and the funding that has been available. It is to the immense credit of everyone within Ripplez that it has been able to change and yet maintain the core principles with which it was set up. I am now working in software development with a particular interest in digital transformation within businesses. It will be interesting to see how Ripplez embraces these particular opportunities and challenges as it moves forward into its next stage of development.
